Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and market trend analysis for 2026+ innovations
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence points
- Partner with product teams to prioritize R&D investments in emerging domains
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of academic and industry innovation partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Global network of technology innovators and researchers
