Your Role
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support our senior analysts in maintaining our data infrastructure and generating reports that influence key strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Assist in the design and maintenance of complex data models and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data mining and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Document data processes and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
