Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market dominance
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future innovations into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation ROI and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
