- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and futurists in prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Forge strategic alliances with global tech leaders and academic institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-7 year market impact
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks in next-gen autonomous systems
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with 30% year-over-year growth targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with >$50M ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
- Experience leading teams of 20+ across 3+ countries
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for frontier technologies
