Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring future technology adoption and ROI
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate commercialization of emerging technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical factors impacting digital innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a tech focus
- Deep understanding of Web3, decentralized systems, and next-gen infrastructure
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
