Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for 2026+ applications
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property protection for novel innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Strong background in technology forecasting and market analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
