Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prioritize innovation initiatives and resource allocation
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and market opportunity assessments
- Develop governance frameworks for responsible technology implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance with evolving tech policies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in strategic planning
- Proven experience in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CSTM, CFTE)
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
