Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies including quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence

- Collaborate with R&D teams to evaluate feasibility and implementation pathways
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry innovators
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their business implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSc, PhD preferred)
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CDT) a plus
