- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging hardware/software breakthroughs
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investors with compelling data narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive ethical technology frameworks aligned with UN SDGs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching next-gen products (quantum/AI/ML focus)
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and exponential growth curves
- Expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong technical background with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience scaling R&D teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, conferences)
- Master's degree in relevant field; PhD preferred
