Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration across enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment readiness
- Conduct competitive analysis of next-gen tech disruptors (neuromorphic chips, bio-hybrid systems)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize lab-scale breakthroughs
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary sustainable tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching quantum/AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding from federal/venture sources
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
