- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead pilot programs for disruptive technologies with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to commercialize innovations
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech landscapes (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
