- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and R&D initiatives
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into actionable development plans
- Author industry thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Portfolio of executed innovation strategies with measurable impact
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to commercialization
