- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation management
