Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026-adjacent capabilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Experience scaling technology operations in high-growth environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
