Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech fields (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize strategic technology investments
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with disruptive technology implementation
- Build and manage a network of academic, industry, and startup partnerships
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation through hackathons and prototyping sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major industry forums
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
