Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market viability for 2026+ applications
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic planning horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities in emerging sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology innovation portfolio and allocate resources for high-impact projects
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Experience presenting complex strategies to C-suite executives
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, PMP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
