Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their competitive implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven disruption track record
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)

- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
