Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption readiness
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology strategy
- 8+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or strategic planning roles
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with technology adoption frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
