Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (2025-2027)
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across product lines
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Establish KPIs to measure ROI on future-tech initiatives and track market adoption
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Present strategic briefings to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend forecasting
