Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech innovations with $5M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive/board experience
- Published research or patents in technology strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
