Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in blockchain, metaverse architecture, or neurotech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic
- Patents in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience advising governments on tech policy frameworks
