- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to accelerate R&D
- Translate technical capabilities into business value propositions for executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and their societal impacts
- Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with long-term sustainability goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in developing future technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $5M+ budgets
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite executives and technical teams
