Responsibilities
- Scan global technology landscape to identify breakthrough innovations with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption across key sectors
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
