Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with organizational goals for 2026+ market readiness
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological innovation ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for early-stage tech adoption
- Author thought leadership content on industry disruption and future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in strategic planning or technology foresight (e.g., CSTM, CFTE) preferred
- Experience scaling technology initiatives across global markets
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
