Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks tracking global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech consortia to accelerate innovation
- Champion ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in tech-forward markets
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence trends
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments with rapid prototyping
