- Conduct horizon scanning of global tech trends and patent landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for AI deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Strong financial modeling and portfolio management skills
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and stage-gate processes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
