Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategies aligned with 2026+ business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Architect innovation frameworks to bridge current capabilities and future requirements
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Manage technology innovation budget and resource allocation across pilot programs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies with proven track record of implementation
