Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 3-5 year impact potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead pilot programs for disruptive innovations and measure ROI
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align commercialization strategies
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Build partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment frameworks
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Executive communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS AI Specialty) a plus
