Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their strategic impact on industry verticals
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge capabilities into core offerings
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the ROI of technology innovation initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEI) preferred
