Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, neural interfaces, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and due diligence on next-gen startups and academic research
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with global research institutions and technology incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal innovation pipeline
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in futures forecasting or technology assessment preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
