Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technology use cases
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders including CTOs and venture partners
- Build and maintain relationships with academic research labs and innovation ecosystems
- Define KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, neurotech, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks like Porter's Five Forces and SWOT analysis
