Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and assess their strategic implications for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technology strategies into organizational planning and resource allocation
- Establish innovation frameworks and processes for rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology incubators, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Present technology foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario planning
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, decentralized systems, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, TFI) or innovation management preferred
