This position reports directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic vision to transform market insights into actionable roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions across industries
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementations
