Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market adoption
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present technology insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio prioritization and resource allocation for future-facing projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies with deep knowledge of at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementations or innovation launches
