Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, research labs, and academic institutions
- Present technology insights to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
