Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for next-gen technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with disruptive potential through 2030
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into business transformation initiatives
- Build and lead a global innovation ecosystem fostering startup collaborations and academic partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to investors and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI for future-tech investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks governing emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration required
