Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies with 2026+ implementation horizons
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Develop cross-functional roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy solutions
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen systems
- Establish KPIs for measuring future tech readiness and ROI
- Drive innovation workshops with industry partners and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., Gartner hype cycle experience)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment a plus
