Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to inform strategic roadmaps for 2026+
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate technology adoption and competitive differentiation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and technology incubators
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future technology landscapes
- Drive culture of innovation through internal workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
