Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact analysis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early-stage technology adoption
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI experience essential)
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or industry transformation
