Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and market disruptions through data-driven analysis
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum computing and AI research institutions
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks across product development
- Coordinate with sustainability teams to align tech initiatives with ESG goals
- Lead annual technology innovation symposiums for industry thought leadership
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for emerging tech ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional tech initiatives at scale
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Strong network connections with global research institutions
- Track record of presenting to executive boards and C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
