Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology roadmap with clear milestones and impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Present compelling technology visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
