Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking for future-facing initiatives
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in tech-forward industries
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence and experience influencing C-level decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
