Responsibilities

- Partner with venture capital firms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biometric applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling startups from prototype to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and generative AI architectures
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing DoD/NASA grants for futuristic R&D
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
