Qualifications

- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field

- Experience with strategic technology planning cycles (3-5 year horizons)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
