Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical and product vision for the next three years, aligning with business goals.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies like GenAI and Spatial Computing.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate external tech partners and acquisition targets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for executives and investors.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team focused on long-term innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Distributed Systems.
- Vision: Proven track record of predicting industry trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Creativity: Ability to think beyond current limitations and propose disruptive solutions.
