Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously research and evaluate disruptive technologies, including Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental projects and pilot programs that explore the feasibility of futuristic technologies for enterprise application.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the future-tech ecosystem, including startups and academic institutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies for the executive leadership team.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of data scientists and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and long-term thinking.
- Feasibility Studies: Assess the technical and financial viability of new technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of current tech trends and a proven track record of predicting future industry shifts.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to align long-term technology strategies with business objectives and revenue growth.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to pivot strategies in rapidly evolving markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are a plus.
