Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology vision for the 2026 product line, aligning technical capabilities with business growth.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct rigorous market research to identify emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive threats.
- Innovation Lab: Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype and validate futuristic solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the allocation of R&D resources toward high-impact, future-proof projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, Next-Gen Web architectures, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, foresight, and the ability to influence without authority.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-impact projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic frameworks are a plus.
