Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Architect scalable AI solutions for complex enterprise problems, focusing on predictive analytics and generative models.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) for integration into our ecosystem.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in a global market.
- Monitor global tech trends to provide quarterly insights to the C-Suite.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or defining long-term tech strategies.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and edge computing architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse technical teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
