Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Foresight: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies to define the company's 2026 technology roadmap and innovation priorities.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into technical projects and milestones.
- Trend Identification: Monitor global tech trends, including AI, blockchain, and quantum computing, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic concepts to executive stakeholders and gain buy-in for new initiatives.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee the internal innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and prototyping.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor technology strategies to ensure Nexus Horizon maintains a market-leading position.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans and successfully executing them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving organizational change.
