Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and trend analysis to forecast technology shifts relevant to 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the '2026 Innovation Lab', driving R&D initiatives for emerging tech adoption.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the company's long-term technological vision and strategic goals.
- Evaluate and vet emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI, Advanced Robotics) for potential integration.
- Develop roadmaps that translate complex future trends into actionable product strategies.
- Present compelling innovation proposals to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology, R&D Management, or Product Strategy.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Proven track record of successfully leading innovation initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
